IFAW Arctic Circle Adventure

Cloud One's Richard Townsend and Emma Warwood filmed aboard the Song of the Whale - IFAW's unique research vessel.  She quietly roams the world's oceans, carrying out vital marine mammal research.  As part of a special feature for ITV's Boat Show our cameras joined the IFAW crew on a journey of a lifetime through Icelandic waters in search of the elusive Blue Whale.  The results were incredible.  Skipper, Richard McLanaghan and project leader Anna Moscrop described the sightings of 12 blue whales as a remarkable feat: "during the past 15 years of IFAW expeditions, we've never seen anything like this".
