Jonathan ‘ Maverick’ Marland is a legend in his own time! With a strong background in news and current affairs he was a former news editor for TVS and Meridian. Johnny has Exec Produced more than 500 programmes across all genres for terrestrial and satellite TV and has recently produced the Boat Show for Channel Four.

Katharine Duchesne, dynamic diva, has extensive experience as a Series Producer and Director in factual entertainment  - Brush with the Wild, Bootsale Challenge and Consumer programming; Serve you Right, Quids In. Katharine has also series produced three series of River Walks with Charlie Dimmock for ITV.

Creative Genius or Mad scientist? Richard Townsend's extra-ordinary and diverse talents as a director, avid editor and cameraman have enabled him to excel in long form documentary series. Richard has just finished cutting a BBC 1 one off documentary coming to the screen soon.
